Mary Frasier was about twenty-one-years-old when she married Scottish emigre Alexander Forsyth in the Albany Dutch church in December 1776. They settled in Albany and raised a family that included a number of children baptized between 1777 and 1791.
Mary Frasier Forsyth did not reach her fiftieth birthday. She died on March 16, 1804 and was buried in the United Presbyterian Church cemetery. Her husband survived until 1818 and was buried beside her.
Sources: The life of Mary Frasier Forsyth is CAP biography number 8106. This profile is derived chiefly from community-based resources. We seek defining information on her origins but suspect that she also was of Scottish ancestry.
