Elizabeth Hallenbeck Muller

by

Elizabeth Hallenbeck was born in June 1695. She was the daughter of Isaac and Dorothea Bosch Hallenbeck. She grew up in a large family on the Southside of Albany.

In November 1708, she was named in the will filed by her father.

In June 1715, she married Johannes Muller at the Albany Dutch church. By 1726, five children had been christened at the Albany church.

These Mullers were Albany residents and lived in the third ward. However, their marriage would last less than a dozen years.

Johannes Muller died in March 1727. After that, the name of Elizabeth Hallenbeck Muller drops from the community-based record. Perhaps she married a Kinderhook widower in 1732 and bore more children - including a daughter possibly named "Dorothe" for her mother.
