Will of Edward Collins - 1752



July 20, 1753.   In the name of God, Amen, I, EDWARD COLLINS, of Albany, Gent. All debts and funeral charges are to be paid.

I leave to my wife Margaret all real and personal estate, lands, and tenements, and gold and silver, household furniture, " negroes and negro wenches," and I leave it to her discretion to give to any of my own relations what portion she pleases.

I make my wife and my friends, Peter Winne and James Stevenson, executors.

Dated August 1, 1752. Witnesses, Anthony Brat, Joseph Yates, Staats Van Santvoord.

Proved, July 30, 1753.
