Sara Visscher Wyngaert

Sara Visscher was born during the 1670s. She was the daughter of Albany pioneers Harmen Bastiaense and Hester Dircks Visscher. She was admitted to the Albany Dutch church in November 1691. She grew up in a large family in Albany's first ward.

In November 1694, she married Gerrit Luykasse Wyngaert at her Albany church. By 1710, eight children had been christened in Albany.

These Wyngaerts lived on upper State Street in Albany's first ward.

Sara Visscher Wyngaert died sometime after the birth of her last child in 1710.
