Anna Catharina Ten Broeck was born in April 1685. She was the first child born to Albany residents Wessel and Caatje Loockermans Ten Broeck.

In October 1707, she married Anthony S. Van Schaick in a ceremony held at her father's house. By 1725, the marriage had produced eight children who were baptized in the Albany Dutch church.

In 1723, she was listed among the heirs of her father's estate.

Anna Catharina Ten Broeck Van Schaick died in March 1743 and was buried beneath the church. Her husband may have survived for some years after!
