Cornelia Hooghteling Flensburgh

Cornelia Hooghteling was born in September 1722. She was the daughter of Rensselaerswyck residents Willem and Lena Uzile Hooghteling.

In August 1741, she married Albany native Johannes M. Flensburgh at the Albany Dutch church. By 1769, ten children had been christened at the Albany church.

This Flensburgh family lived in Albany's first ward where John earned a living in the building trades.

Cornelia Hooghteling Flensburgh was no longer heard from after the baptism of her last child in March 1769.
