Lewis Wade, Jr., of Bristol County, Massachusetts, was a musician in Captain Shepperd's Company, Lietuenant Colonel B. Lincoln's Regiment, New Bedford, Massachusetts Militia from July 8-July 24, 1814. Lewis Wade was a drummer.  Lewis Wade and his family relocated from Seekonk, Massachusetts to Warren Center, Pennsylvania and finally settled in Newark Valley, Tioga County, New York.
