KYER, Coenradt, of Albany City, carpenter [from CW]

Albany, June the 7, 1760. In the name of God, Amen. This being my last will, I do empower my loving friend, Adam Ramser, to receive my whole dues that is due me in the King's works, and he is to pay all my debts, and the other money he is to hold for his own property.

This being my last will. [from AW]
