In the name of God, Amen. May 1, 1762. I, Naltie Van Veghten, widow of Johanes Van Veghten, of Albany. I leave to my eldest son, Volkert, £5 as eldest son.

I leave to my four children, Volker, Johanes, Ephriam, and Henfricus, all my house and lot where I now live in Albany, in the first ward, and all the rest of my estate, real and personal.

My youngest son, Henfricus, is to be bound as an apprentice to learn the silver-smith trade.

I make my sons, Volkert, Johanes, and Ephraim, executors. Witnesses, John De Garmo, [possibly] Cornelius Van Derberg, William Hogan, Jr.
