Sara Van Iveren Williams

Sara Van Iveren was born in March 1722. She was the daughter of Albany residents Myndert and Ariaantie Wyngaert Van Iveren.

In January 1744, she married Albany native Peter Williams at the Albany Dutch church. Their only child was christened in 1744.

Williams was a tailor and businessman who lived in the second ward.

Sara Van Iveren Williams died in April 1752 and was buried from her church. Three years later, her husband re-married and raised another family.

In 1760, Sara's daughter was provided for in the will of her father.
