Cornelia Lansing Waldron
Cornelia Lansing was born in April 1718. She was an older daughter in the large family of Albany residents Gerrit and Elizabeth Bancker Lansing. She grew up in Albany's second ward but lost her father when she was eighteen.
These Waldrons made their home in Albany's first ward. Their marriage, however, ended when Cornelia Lansing Waldron died about 1765. Her husband re-married a few years later and lived to raise a large combined family.
Sources: The life of Cornelia Lansing Waldron is CAP biography number 3211. This sketch is derived chiefly from family and community-based resources.
