Rebecca Kane Cuyler

Rebecca Kane was born during the 1760s. We seek information on her parents and early life. She does not seem to be closely related to contemporary Albany resident James Kane.

In October 1786, she married Albany native Jacob A. Cuyler at the Schoharie Church. By 1804, seven children had been christened in the Albany Dutch church where she was a pewholder.

Rebecca Kane Cuyler was accounted for in the third ward household of her husband on the Albany census in 1790.
