by Stefan Bielinski Susanna Bayeux Schuyler was born in 1704 and baptized on September 9 at the New York City Dutch Church. She was the daughter of Manhattan-based Huguenot merchant Thomas Bayeux and his wife, Maria Boudinout Bayeux. About 1723, she married Jeremias Schuyler - a younger son of the These Schuylers lived in Jeremias's father's Albany house. They also had a farm located north of the city. In June 1725, Susanna sponsored a baptism in the New York French church with her father. In 1741, she was left a share of the estate of her father who died in 1742.
